Subhashree M is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and previously as a Human Resources Business Partner at UiPath since July 2019, Subhashree has also held key positions at Informatica, EMC, ThoughtWorks Technologies, TVS Motor Company Ltd, and Symphony Services. With a strong background in strategic HR, leadership development, and employee engagement, Subhashree has managed teams of over 500 people and has been instrumental in driving onboarding, training programs, and team-building initiatives. Subhashree holds an MBA in HR from BIMM and the Indian Institute of Modern Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from Bharathidasan University.
