Stephane Derdi is a seasoned IT management professional with extensive experience in strategic project management and IT department leadership. Currently serving as Head of IT at UITP since March 2021, Stephane's expertise encompasses director-level management, budget oversight, supplier negotiations, and the implementation of diverse project management methodologies, including Waterfall, AGILE, Scrum, and Kanban. Notable previous roles include program management for complex projects at BNP Paribas Fortis, freelance IT management and reorganization with Daoust, and key project oversight in business intelligence at bpost and ING.
