Cedar Coleman

Cedar Coleman has extensive work experience in customer support operations, telecommunications, and customer care. They currently hold the role of Vice President of Customer Support Operations at ujet.cx, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, Cedar worked at GoDaddy as the Senior Director of Telecommunications from March 2022 to June 2023. Before that, they held roles at FreedomVoice as the Director of Customer Care and Operations from September 2014 to April 2019. Cedar also has a history with GoDaddy, working as the Director of Professional Hosting Services - Customer Care from June 2013 to June 2014, the Senior Director of Hosting Operations from January 2012 to May 2013, and the Senior Director of Product Operations from October 2010 to January 2012, among other roles. Additionally, Cedar worked at GoDaddy.com as a Sales and Support Supervisor from March 2005 to January 2006 and at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Specialist from June 2004 to March 2005.
