Hubert Shin

Hubert Shin has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Their most recent role is the Vice President of Platform Engineering at ujet.cx since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Pumkin ENM from December 2022 to June 2023. Hubert also held various positions at NPX teraArk, including Head of Korea and Chief Technology Product Officer, from August 2021 to June 2023. Hubert Shin was a Board Member at Point Avenue from March 2022 to June 2023. Hubert began their career at SAMSUNG SDS in 2004, where they held several roles such as Director of Product Management, Director of Agile core team, Agile Evangelist, Agile Coach & Methodologist, Agile Training Product Manager & Agile Coach, Software Architect, and Software Developer.

Hubert Shin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hanyang University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2004. Hubert subsequently pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing it from 2009 to 2012. Currently, Hubert is working towards a PhD in Computer Science at Sungkyunkwan University, with an expected completion date of 2025.
