Laura Powell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laura has held positions at ujet.cx, WiSE - Women in Sales Enablement, WISE, DoubleDutch, Instagramers, Telekenex, LOLApps, and Megan Haney Designs.
At ujet.cx, Laura served as the Senior Director of Enablement and Revenue Operations. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Customer Success Enablement and Operations. Laura also held the positions of Senior Manager of Global Customer Experience Ops and Customer Support, and Senior Manager of Global Customer Success Operations.
Before joining ujet.cx, Laura worked at DoubleDutch as a Senior Manager of Customer Success, Customer Success Team Manager, Customer Success Team Lead, and Customer Success Manager. Laura also briefly served as the Training and Content Manager.
Laura has also been involved with WiSE - Women in Sales Enablement and WISE as a member.
Earlier in their career, Laura worked as a Community Manager and founder of @igerssf at Instagramers, where they built a community and managed the account. Laura also gained experience at Telekenex as a Training and Product Specialist, and at LOLApps as a Marketing Intern.
Laura started their career as a Floral Designer at Megan Haney Designs, where they recruited and trained employees and achieved career advancement goals.
Laura Powell obtained a BA degree in Communication from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in MEDDPICC Masterclass and Gainsight Administrator Certification (NXT and Level 3).
