Rafael Guper has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Rafael is currently the Co-founder and COO at UJJI, a company that offers gamified soft skills training for fast-scaling teams. Prior to this, Rafael worked at adam&eveDDB as a Global Senior Planner, where they contributed to campaigns for key clients such as Mars Petcare, DIAGEO, and Great Western Railway. Rafael also worked as a Brand & Comms Strategist at Strategy/Planning Freelance, overseeing projects for Vivo Meditacão and Easy Carros. Rafael's previous experience includes roles at Havas, J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, Talent Marcel, Suzano, and AgênciaClick Isobar, where they gained expertise in brand strategy, global planning, and marketing coordination.

Rafael Guper has a diverse education history. In 2020, they attended Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where they completed the Oxford Entrepreneurship: Venture Finance Programme, specializing in Entrepreneurial Finance and Venture Capital. In 2014, they attended the Miami Ad School (M.AD School) and completed the Account Planning Bootcamp. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they pursued a major in Marketing and Advertising at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Additionally, in 2011, they studied International Business Management and Trade at Greystone College, specifically at the Canadian Institute of Management. Prior to their higher education, Rafael completed their high school education at Colégio Santo Américo em São Paulo, from 2005 to 2008. In terms of certifications, they have obtained various qualifications such as the IPA Eff Test Certificate from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) in 2019 and the Digital Essentials Training from the Online Marketing Institute in 2016. Rafael has also completed several workshops and training programs, including those focused on design thinking, storytelling, and communication planning.
