We are an adjudicator nominating body that publicly holds itself out to nominate adjudicators to decide disputes in the construction and engineering industries in the United Kingdom and internationally. Our nomination service is free and we can nominate adjudicators for any location in the world.

For example in the United Kingdom adjudicators may be nominated under the statutory construction scheme or under the terms of a contract. Internationally they could be nominated to serve as a DAB or DAAB  member under a FIDIC form of contract or as an adjudicator under an NEC3 contract or as an adjudicator or DAB under NEC4 depending which option has been selected.
