We （www.ukretailassist.co.uk） support international retail brands expanding into the UK with on-the-ground execution with 12 years of hands-on retail experience in the UK — from opening the first store to scaling into multi-store operations — I understand that the real challenges are often not in strategy, but in execution on the ground.
——————————————————————————————————
What makes us different？
Instead of building a full in-house expansion team, brands can work with us on a project-based or flexible support model.
👉Hiring a Retail Expansion Manager alone typically costs £35k–£60k per year.
👉Building a 2–3 person team can easily exceed £100k annually.
We offer a more flexible alternative — supporting only when and where you need it, without long-term fixed costs.
At the same time, your internal team can continue to build capability and take over operations as the business stabilises.

How we support?
🔧 Expansion or New store Setup
Setting up the store | Lease & landlord negotiation support | Local supplier & contractor coordination
👉 We help you start right — not just start fast.
📈 Store Performance
Turning stores into revenue-generating assets | On-site operational | Visual merchandising & window display guidance | in-store conversion improvement
👉 We focus on what actually drives sales on the shop floor.
⚠️ Risk Control
Identifying operational risks before they scale | Avoiding costly trial-and-error in a new market | Bridging gaps between strategy and execution
👉 Because fast growth without control is where most problems begin.

Our role:
We don’t replace your internal team —we support at critical stages, especially when brands first enter the UK market.
👉Build a team when you're ready —until then, stay flexible.
