Ben Kelly is the Chief Operating Officer at Reframe Cancer, overseeing operational delivery and strategic growth of personalized cancer services since April 2025. Additionally, Ben has been a Professor at Manchester Metropolitan University within the School of Health, Psychology and Social Care since April 2016, and serves on the Scientific Advisory Board for UK Active, providing guidance on research and policy. As Director of Kelly Medical LTD since February 2015, Ben offers consultancy in the health and wellbeing sector, leveraging expertise from a team of clinicians and academics. Previous roles include Data Director and Head of Clinical Research & Outcomes at Nuffield Health, as well as leadership positions at the Medical Research Council and King's College London. Ben holds a PhD in Cardiology from Loughborough University, obtained in 2013.
