Stephen Wren MBA serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Gravesham Community Leisure Limited since July 2022, overseeing operations of publicly owned leisure centers in partnership with local councils. Currently, Stephen is also a Nominated Member of the Public Sector Operator Council for ukactive, representing the interests of public operator members. Previous roles include Managing Director at SPW Management Consultants Ltd, where business strategy and organizational solutions were emphasized, and Operations Director at Go Ape, contributing to a leading outdoor leisure business. Stephen's extensive experience spans various leadership positions across healthcare, sports, and leisure sectors, including Executive General Manager at The Fertility Partnership and Executive Director of Sport at Westway Trust. Academic qualifications include two MBAs, a diploma in management, and a master's diploma in fitness training and sports therapy.
