Reuben M.

Reuben M. has extensive experience in forensic and biometric disciplines, currently serving as Director at RELI since October 2020 and as a Forensic Mentor at the Canadian Border Service Agency since January 2022. Additionally, Reuben holds positions as a Technical Assessor at UKAS and served as a Forensic Expert in Facial Recognition with the International Commission on Missing Persons in late 2024. Previous roles include a Subject Matter Expert for a Digital Forensics Programme at the Police Digital Service, a Biometric Expert at Deloitte, and Testing and Validation Lead for the National Police Chiefs' Council. Reuben's career began at the Metropolitan Police, where multiple roles were held over a decade, including Forensic Capability & Change Manager. Reuben holds a PhD in Forensic Facial Recognition from The Open University, alongside an MSc in Forensic Science from King's College London and a BSc (Hons) in Forensic and Crime Scene Science from Bournemouth University.
