Ryan McCaughey ᴾʰᴰ

Ryan McCaughey, PhD, serves as the Head of Programmes at Elevate Great, where responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of programmes aimed at enhancing outcomes for children. McCaughey also works as an Independent Technical Assessor for UKAS, evaluating compliance in SAR testing. In addition, McCaughey founded and leads RMC Innovation Consulting Ltd, providing expert guidance at the intersection of science and product strategy. Previous roles include Chief Scientist at Alara Human Tech, Chief Product Officer at Gadget Guard, and Chief Technology Officer at Antenna79, demonstrating expertise in product management, technology development, and commercialization. McCaughey's educational background includes a PhD in Biomedical Laser Physics and an MPhys in Physics with Technological Physics from The University of Manchester.
