Ali Rinker

Ali Rinker, PHR, currently serves as Lead Escalation Manager and Principal Customer Success Manager at UKG, overseeing a portfolio of 15 to 35 enterprise customer accounts in the US, representing approximately $25-40 million in annual recurring revenue, with a focus on account health, adoption, and retention.
