Amanda Nance is a Principal UX Researcher at UKG, where since August 2020, focus has been on conducting research to inform the Product Management team in developing strategies for benefits products through methods such as customer interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Prior to this, Amanda served as a Senior User Researcher at Ultimate Software from January 2014 to August 2020 and as a Principal Usability Analyst at Sage from November 2005 to January 2014, leading comprehensive research initiatives and usability tests. Amanda's experience also includes roles as a Usability Analyst at the Usability Professionals' Association and various other positions at companies such as SAIC, S1 Corporation, and Siemens Medical Solutions. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication and Psychology from Mercer University.
