Amy Brar is an accomplished professional in product management and user experience with extensive experience at UKG since March 2016, currently serving as Vice President of Workforce Management Product Management and previously as Vice President of User Experience & Product Strategy. At UKG, Amy Brar leads a team of UX professionals focusing on interaction design, visual design, and user research, while also driving a modern help experience and overseeing technical publications. Prior to UKG, Amy Brar held senior leadership roles at Kronos Incorporated from December 2001 to March 2016, including Sr. Director of Product Strategy & User Experience and Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy. Amy Brar earned a degree from Dartmouth College between 1992 and 1996.
