Andy Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the payroll, HR, and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Principal Solutions Consultant at SD Worx since April 2017, Andy focuses on driving international growth through sales and business development. Previously, Andy held positions as a Senior Solutions Consultant at both SD Worx and its predecessor Ceridian UK & Ireland, and accumulated 17 years at Kronos Systems in roles including Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, Project Manager, and System Implementation Manager. Early career experience includes a role as Production Manager at Time-Tech Ltd, where Andy was involved in the manufacture and assembly of electronic products.
