Arushi Singhal is currently a Senior Manager of Enablement and Adoption at UKG, where they drive AI-first learning transformations and build scalable, data-driven learning ecosystems. Previously, Arushi held various roles including Associate in Learning & Organizational Development at Sapient Consulting and Manager of Learning Program Management at UKG. They also gained experience as a Hr Executive at Sista International and worked in technical training management at KRONOS SOLUTIONS. Arushi earned both a Bachelor of Science from Hierank Business School and a Master of Business Administration from Sharda University.
