Brian Rice

Brian Rice serves as the Strategic Account Manager for Global Enterprise at UKG since August 2020, following a long tenure at Ultimate Software where similar responsibilities were held from May 2006 to August 2020. In these roles, Brian focuses on helping organizations optimize their workforce and maximize profitability through cloud-based human capital management solutions. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Solution Consultants, where Brian represented company products, created client presentations, and mentored new consultants. Earlier in the career, Brian held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at NOVAtime Technology, overseeing marketing and sales strategies and establishing a National Account Program. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Nazareth University and has completed executive education at UC Berkeley.
