Cesar Bracesco

Cesar Bracesco is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in identity management and diagnostics software. Currently a Senior Manager at UKG since September 2020, Cesar has a history of progressive roles within the Identity Team, starting as a Manager. Previously at Ultimate Software, which transitioned to UKG, Cesar served as Team Lead in the same domain. Prior experience includes managerial and engineering positions at Beckman Coulter, focusing on immunoassay diagnostics and molecular diagnostics software, as well as a Research Assistant role at Florida International University. Cesar holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Florida International University.
