Daniel Devine

Daniel Devine is currently a Corporate Counsel at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), where they continue to apply their expertise in corporate law. Previously, they served as Corporate Counsel at Ultimate Software and were a Partner at Santucci Priore, P.L., focusing on intellectual property, business law, and civil litigation from 2011 to 2018. Their early career included roles as a Law Clerk and Legal Research Assistant at Nova Southeastern University, as well as a Legal Intern at Volkin Electronics, Inc. Daniel earned a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida.
