David Beaver

David Beaver is an experienced executive in workforce management solutions, currently serving as Vice President of the Federal Division at UKG since October 2016. Under David Beaver's leadership, a highly skilled team has transformed the company's market approach, creating a new Federal solution and pricing model successfully adopted across the Federal market. Prior to UKG, David Beaver held roles at Kronos as Director of the Federal Division and Public Sector Enterprise, and at Aravo as Area Vice President of Sales & Alliances, focusing on channel-based sales strategies. Additional experience includes key leadership positions at Manugistics, Optum, Oracle, and Digital Equipment Corporation, where David Beaver developed Federal practices, managed major accounts, and started various successful sales teams. David Beaver earned a Master's degree in Public Administration and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Westminster College.
