David Kermis

David Kermis has extensive experience in product management and software engineering, primarily at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) since October 1996. In the role of Senior Director of Product Management, David sets product vision and strategy in collaboration with executive leadership and leads a global team of product managers. Previous roles include Product Director, where David transitioned the HCM Custom team into a Product Development team, and Solutions Architect, specializing in innovative HCM solutions. David also has a background as an Engineering Manager and Software Programmer, contributing to the design and development of payroll and HR applications. Prior to UKG, David worked as a Software Consultant at Cambridge Technology Partners. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
