Dwight Matheny

Dwight Matheny serves as the Senior Manager of Product Management at UKG since January 2022. Prior to this role, Dwight co-founded Ascentis, where responsibilities spanned from April 1994 to January 2022. Earlier in Dwight's career, experience was gained as a Product Manager at Microsoft from 1988 to 1994. Dwight holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and International Business from Whitworth University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
