Ed Park

Ed Park is the Vice President of Corporate Development at UKG. Ed has over fifteen years of experience in corporate development, strategic planning, and product marketing.

Previously, Ed was the head of Global Corporate Development and M&A at Kronos Incorporated. There, they were responsible for leading Kronos' global M&A activities, as well as heading up the company's transaction services team. Ed also has experience working in the staffing and human resources industry, having served as the Director of Strategy and Product Development at Fidelity Investments.

Before joining UKG, Ed was the Director of Corporate Development at Unica Corporation, where they oversaw global M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and strategic planning. Ed began their career at Unica as a Corporate Development Manager before being promoted to Product Marketing Manager.

Ed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Boston University.

Ed Park attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they earned their MBA in entrepreneurship and finance. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Harvard University, where they majored in applied math.

Ed Park reports to John Butler, CFO.
