Ed Park is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at UKG, a leading Human Capital Management software and services company formed in 2020. With extensive experience in corporate development, M&A, and strategic initiatives, Ed has held various leadership roles at companies like Kronos Incorporated, Unica, and Fidelity Investments. Ed holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management and an AB in Applied Math from Harvard University.
