Edward Hearn is an accomplished economist with extensive experience in statistical research and workforce analytics. They served as an Economist at TIAA and contributed to statistical research and grant management. Edward held consulting roles at Wells Fargo and American Family Insurance, where they built predictive models related to workforce metrics and provided analytical support to HR departments. Currently, Edward is the Lead Labor Economist at UKG, continuing to apply their expertise in economic analysis.
