Emily Moon possesses extensive experience in education and instructional design. Starting as a Substitute Teacher at Pawtucket Public Schools, Emily transitioned to various roles, including Special Education Teacher at the District of Columbia Public Schools and Director of Distance Education at Columbia College, where leadership and course creation improved budget efficiencies. Currently, as a Sr. Learning Experience Designer at UKG, responsibilities include developing learning materials and collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance educational outcomes. Previous roles involved designing eLearning courses and serving as an LMS Administrator, showcasing strong project management and assessment skills throughout a career marked by a commitment to improving learning experiences. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Rhode Island College.
