Eric Grazer

Eric Grazer is a seasoned learning and adoption leader with over 10 years of experience helping organizations effectively navigate user training and education initiatives. Currently serving as the Lead User Adoption Consultant at UKG, Eric plans and develops content for a Product Academy to facilitate the company's transition to a product-led organization. Before this, Eric held various training and instructional design roles, including positions at Mass. Eye and Ear, athenahealth, and UCI Health, where they led training programs and project initiatives across multiple platforms. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Portland State University while also serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Discovery Untangled.
