Eric Riessen

Eric Riessen is an accomplished director in program and service management with over two decades of experience in the human capital management industry. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at UKG since 2017, Eric previously held multiple senior leadership roles, including Director of Managed Services at Ultimate Software and Director of Operations & Service Delivery at ADP. Eric's expertise encompasses operations, client retention, business transformation, and performance leadership, having successfully led teams and executed numerous projects across North America. Eric's career began at ProBusiness as a Client Services Manager, followed by significant contributions at Ceridian, where responsibilities included managing substantial revenue and overseeing service delivery across multiple countries. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
