Fiona Dardis

Fiona Dardis currently serves as the VP of Product Management at UKG since January 2024. Prior to this role, Fiona held various positions at Immedis, including Chief Product Officer, Head of Product Management, and Senior Product Manager from November 2019 to January 2024. Additionally, Fiona spent eight years at CoreHR, where responsibilities included Senior Product Program Manager, Head Centre of Excellence, International Program Manager, and Project Delivery Manager, overseeing a team of 13 consultants and project managers with a focus on Business Process Reviews. Earlier experience includes consulting roles from January 2005 to February 2011, specializing in client-side project management for system implementations, and a financial accounting role at Honeyclover Ireland Ltd from October 2001 to January 2005. Fiona's career began at Mazars Ireland & UK as a consultant from January 1996 to October 2000. Fiona holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from Dublin City University and completed the ICAEW program between 1996 and 1999.
