Grace M. has over a decade of experience in labor and employment counseling, commercial litigation, and appellate advocacy. Currently serving as Director at UKG since August 2020, Grace previously held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Ultimate Software from September 2017 to August 2020, and served as Corporate Counsel at AlphaStaff, Inc. from December 2014 to September 2017. Earlier legal roles include Associate General Counsel at Weiss Serota Helfman Pastoriza Cole & Boniske, P.L. and various attorney positions at Schwarzberg & Associates and the Fourth District Court of Appeal. Grace obtained a law degree from Nova Southeastern University and a degree in Business with a focus on Decision Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
