Isa Ibars

Isa Ibars is the Lead UX & UI Designer at UKG, where they focus on creating intuitive designs that enhance user experiences in people tech. With a strong background in Experience Design, Isa previously led the design of key features for PwC's digital assistant, which serves over 55,000 employees. They have also held roles in sales, marketing, and client services at various organizations, reflecting their ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Isa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Florida Southern College and a UX/UI Design credential from Ironhack.
