James Cuoco is a retired Director of Software Engineering with extensive experience in software development, DevOps, and IT leadership. They began their career at GTE Government Systems and held significant roles at various companies, including serving as Co-Founder and Director of Technology at SupportFusion, where they pioneered a SAAS cloud-based CRM solution. They later directed technology operations at Maximus and implemented innovative solutions in their role at UFA, including transitioning systems to modern frameworks. Currently, they oversee software and quality engineering for UKG's Data Collection Services group. James holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Boston University, respectively.
