Jeff Lawrence, CBAP, CSPO, is a seasoned IT Business Analyst with extensive experience in product ownership and business analysis. Currently serving as a Sr IT Business Analyst at UKG since May 2019, Jeff engages in managing and refining product backlogs and writing user stories for the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with various stakeholders. Previously, as a Product Manager and Business Analyst at Insight Global, Jeff led efforts to transition from a legacy CRM system. During a long tenure at Autotrader US from 2007 to 2018, Jeff held multiple roles, including Senior Product Manager, where responsibilities included driving software changes for back-office applications and improving internal processes.
