Jeff Phillips

Jeff Phillips is an experienced Lead Solutions Consultant currently working at UKG, where they previously held roles as a Sr. Solution Consultant and System Consultant. With a strong background in the information technology and services industry, Jeff has honed skills in business process, negotiation, coaching, and customer relationship management. Prior to their time at UKG, Jeff held various positions, including HRO Manager at Alight Solutions and Operations Manager at The Walt Disney Company, where they managed large teams and implemented workforce management systems. Jeff holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Stetson University and a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
