Jo McCoy, CPP, PCP, is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience managing payroll for both small companies and high-volume multi-state operations, as well as international payrolls. Currently serving as a Sr Service & Support Team Specialist at UKG, Jo has worked in various industries, including retail, insurance, healthcare, construction, internet, and aerospace. They have held significant roles at multiple organizations, contributing to payroll systems and operations since 2001. Jo has been a Certified Payroll Professional since 2003 and is actively pursuing an Associate’s Degree at Tulsa Community College.
