John Smith

John Smith is the Head of Hardware Product Development at UKG, where they lead initiatives in product lifecycle management and operations engineering. Previously, John held significant leadership positions at Oracle, including Operations Product Line Director and Senior Operations Engineering Manager, where they successfully developed global operations and managed cross-functional teams. They also served as Senior Director at Veo Robotics, Inc. and Symbotic, enhancing manufacturing processes and quality management. John is currently pursuing an HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Falkirk College of Technology.
