Jon Norato

Jon Norato is a technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and cloud operations, currently managing software engineering at UKG, where they drive the security and scalability of authentication and integration platforms. Previously, Jon held roles as a manager and associate manager in cloud operations, successfully implementing single sign-on solutions and ensuring smooth customer migrations. Their educational background includes a Master of Science in Cyber Security and Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University. Prior to UKG, Jon gained valuable experience at Apple, where they enhanced customer relationships and provided technical solutions.
