Jonathan Proffitt

Jonathan Proffitt, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Global Workplace at UKG, where responsibilities include managing a global portfolio of over 1 million square feet and overseeing 70 offices in 17 countries. Proffitt successfully negotiated a $500K annual lease for a new corporate headquarters, marking it as Boston's largest suburban commercial real estate lease in the last decade. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Global Real Estate & Facilities at Kronos, where global real estate strategies and negotiations were led, and as Director of Global Real Estate & Facilities at Deloitte, overseeing corporate real estate across 20 countries. Additionally, Proffitt was General Manager of Real Estate Operations at The Flatley Company, managing a diverse portfolio that included a significant number of apartments as well as office, industrial, hotel, and healthcare facilities. Proffitt holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Suffolk University and a BS in Business Management with a minor in Accounting from Worcester State University.
