Jonny Bryan

Jonny Bryan is the Head of EMEA Partner Channel Sales at UKG and the Managing Director at Swanrose Developments, positions held since 2025. They previously worked at Microsoft as a Partner Business Development professional and held roles in various investment banking capacities at J.P. Morgan and Jefferies & Company. Jonny also served as Chief of Staff at both Unit4 and Microsoft. They earned two Master of Business Administration degrees from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and London Business School, following a BSc from the University of Bath.
