Kathy Stuart

Kathy Stuart is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, and sales finance. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance for Revenue Operations & Analysis at UKG since March 2011, Kathy leads a team that manages financial support for various processes, including revenue reporting and budgeting. Simultaneously, Kathy holds the position of Vice President of Sales Finance at Kronos, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and compensation for a large sales organization. Previous roles include Senior Director of North America Sales Finance, Director of Worldwide Sales Operations at Avid Technology, and Controller for the Weavexx Division at Xerium Technologies. Kathy's career spans several leadership positions in finance across various industries, including paper products and technology, demonstrating a strong track record in financial management and operational excellence. Kathy holds an MBA and a B.S. in Accounting from Rivier University and has additional education from Colby-Sawyer College.
