Kristina Delfino

Kristina Delfino possesses significant experience in account management and business partnerships, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Account Management at UKG since October 2020, after progressing through roles such as Team Lead Business Partnerships and Principal Account Manager. Prior to UKG, Kristina worked at Ultimate Software for over five years in roles including UMS Business Partner and Senior Account Manager. Kristina's career began at Endeavor Telecom as a Project Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating efforts to enhance account performance and customer experiences. Kristina also gained valuable insights during an internship with Senator Johnny Isakson in the US Senate. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Georgia Southern University, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
