Kristofer Hall has over two decades of experience in payroll and HRIS solutions, currently serving as a Lead Systems Consultant at UKG, where they optimize workflows and strengthen customer satisfaction. Previously, Kristofer held roles at Pacific Time Systems and PayrollCentric, demonstrating a strong ability to manage client relationships and enhance service delivery. They began their career in education, teaching middle and elementary school subjects, which instilled effective communication skills valuable in high-pressure environments. Kristofer is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional dedicated to continuous improvement and volunteer work within the community.
