Laura O'Connell

Laura O'Connell is an experienced design leader with a comprehensive background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Currently serving as the Director of UX & UI at UKG, Laura previously held key positions including Director of Product Design at Narvar and Director of User Experience Design at Shopify. With a strong focus on product design and consumer insights, Laura has led teams at ASICS Digital as Senior Director of Product Design, overseeing a range of digital ecosystems. Additional experience includes leadership roles at KAYAK, where Laura directed global product design efforts, and creative leadership at Gupta Media, supporting major music labels. Laura's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from Syracuse University.
