Laura Taylor

Laura Taylor, MSN, RN, currently serves as the Lead Healthcare Workforce Solutions Consultant at UKG, a position held since August 2020, where expertise is applied in optimizing labor, staffing, and workforce strategies for healthcare organizations. Prior to this role, Laura was a Senior Healthcare Workforce Solutions Consultant at Kronos Incorporated from May 2016 to December 2020, focusing on demonstrating software capabilities and consulting with organizational leaders. Earlier in her career, Laura was a Nursing Faculty member at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College from July 2011 to August 2015, where instruction on nursing basics and critical thinking was provided. Laura holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Education earned from Western Governors University between 2010 and 2013.
