Li Xiao

Li Xiao is a seasoned User Experience Designer with a robust background spanning over 15 years in the field. Currently serving as a Principal User Experience Designer and Team Lead at UKG since August 2020, Li has previously held key roles in leading UI & UX design at Kronos Incorporated and Ipswitch, Inc. Notable achievements include designing a successful campaigns management feature at Constant Contact, which addressed a primary customer request, and overseeing the design of multiple websites for various clients at Captains of Industry. Li holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
