Lou Holcomb

Lou Holcomb, CCWP, is a seasoned professional in contingent workforce management, currently serving as the Global Head of Contingent Workforce at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Consultant at Sanford Airport Authority and Operations Manager, RIS Site Manager, and RNS Recruiting Manager at Randstad USA. Holcomb also held the position of HR Generalist at Connectivity Source and started as an HR Assistant at Old Fashioned Housekeeping. Educationally, Holcomb earned a Linguistic Certification Diploma in Russian Language and Culture from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center between 2008 and 2009.
