Marliese Bartz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and process improvement, currently serving as Principal Consultant and Change Management Professional at Bartz Consulting LLC since January 2012, and as a Principal User Adoption Consultant at UKG since April 2022. With a strong focus on healthcare and back office operations, Marliese has further contributed as a Senior Business Consultant at NOVACES, working with the US Navy to enhance military medical readiness.
