Mayling R.

Mayling R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software asset management and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Software Asset Management at UKG since August 2021, Mayling R. also co-leads the FIRE Up Employee Resource Group, focusing on enhancing the member experience for over 3,500 staff. Prior to UKG, Mayling R. held the position of Lead Program Manager at McKinsey & Company from July 2018 to August 2021 and served as a Product Risk Manager at Florida Power & Light from October 2009 to July 2018, where responsibilities included emergency preparedness and change management analysis. Mayling R. holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Florida International University.
