Michael Griffin

Michael Griffin is a results-oriented procurement professional with a 15-year background in technology sourcing. They currently serve as the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and previously held roles as Manager and Senior Manager within the same organization. Prior to UKG, they contributed to global IT procurement at Bain & Company and served as an AVP at Wellington Management. Michael's career began as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Dassault Systèmes, where they progressed through various procurement roles. They earned a Bachelor's degree in English/Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
