Michael Griggs

Michael Griggs, CPA, CISA, CDPSE, currently serves as Senior Manager of IT Internal Audit at UKG since September 2021, where a comprehensive IT audit plan was developed to align with the company's risk management strategy. Prior to this role, Michael was Manager of Internal IT Audit at CVS Health, focusing on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls from February 2016 to September 2021. As a Technology Risk Consultant at Crowe Horwath LLP from September 2013 to January 2016, Michael ensured information systems compliance and developed innovative client solutions. Michael began the career as an Internal Audit IT Intern at Jackson National Life Insurance Co. in 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accounting Information Systems from Michigan State University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Kalamazoo Valley Community College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from Michigan State University.
